The following is an account of one of the worst cases of harassment and pking a party of mine has been victim to:

Last night, we were finally able to get a ToA ToLs DP together of 13x and 14x characters. While leading the party through ToA on the way to betty spot, a cloaked sin with pkon uncloaks and stuns me, mob killing me and my pet... Forcing me to use a GMFB and CRS to revive myself and pet.

This person is already know for having done this EXACT behavior nights prior and in previous DPS. In fact just 2 hours before this DP we had talked with the pker regarding this exact situation concerning him mob killing a guildee of mine in ToA the night before. To which he had responded "he only pks people he doesnt like" and we had "nothing to worry about."

Fat chance...

This "pker" then continued to harass our DP fearing and stunning our healers all the way through Betrayal kill... Each time he popped up we killed him and then continued with betty. However, since he was part of the guild/ alliance that currently controls ToA in Yeti server, he was able to simply teleport back to the lobby and run to spot again to continue harassing us.

We finish killing betty and pop Stam Savers and Crackers and decide to kill in Betrayal room for a bit.

Sure enough the Sin comes back and begins to attempt to train our party REPEATEDLY. He runs in cloaked with pkoff and pulls train after train of dungeon mobs onto our party circling them trhough us. All the while we do not retaliate or provoke him. (We know we could easily pkon and disable him and let his train do the work... but why drop down to his lvl at this point). We try to simply weather his trains untill its simply too much to deal with... We move party to ToLs where the pker again shows up having followed us to our new spot (all the while on the same Stamina Saver). He proceeds to train us many multiple times trying to mob kill us.

Resorting to only killing the several red mobs in the 1st spot he is unable to train us anymore. He then resorts to pkon and continue to fear/stun our party members and healers. With 8 min left on SS the pker leaves. SS ends and we decide to regroup at ToA to attempt an end Betty kill or... if lucky pop a 2nd stam and continue our DP. For the second time, while leading the way to Betty with a huge train on me, the pker uncloaks once again with pkon and stuns me. Fortunately I survived the mobs and we all still make it to spot alive. Killing betrayal he then fears/stuns our tank almost getting our healer killed. Betty dies we know theres no way we can do a 2nd hour of DP's with this sort of harassment going on.

With the most recent changes to the morality and donation system, pkin has become worse than ever. Pkers have resorted to much more detrimental measures now to continually harass and Mob kill players. All the while, respected PvPers and players can no longer "fight back" against a person like this for risk of wrath, or red name and the millions of Rups that are needed to clear it.

If someone wants to pk me... fine. Let them try. At least i dont lose EXP from that. But to Mob pk someone was never an intended feature in rappelz and is EXPLICITLY against the TOS along with Training, Harassing, and Griefing. This isnt the first time this person has done this... IN FACT, we have video of him doing the exact same thing to a 115+ guild DP in Soul Seeker room many months previously. How does a pker get away with this much harassment for so long?

Hopefully, the GM's can take care of this issue because the risk of wasting SS, GMFB's, CRS's, Animal Crackers, time, money, effort, etc. are too great to continue to DP in the high lvl dungeons.
